End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using YellowTicker (a product of Sharpstack Technologies), you agree to this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the software.

1. License Grant. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use YellowTicker for personal or business use on Windows computers.
2. Restrictions. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or redistribute YellowTicker, nor use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
3. Data Collection & Privacy. YellowTicker currently collects minimal data. It may collect:
   • Name and email address (for registration/support).
   • User preferences (selected tickers/markets).
   • Local app settings (stored on your device).
   • Logs of ticker price requests (for performance monitoring).

8. Limitation of Liability. YellowTicker is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharpstack Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Surat, Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Surat courts.
